How long do lash extensions last?+
Lash extensions typically last 3 to 4 weeks. Because your natural lashes shed in a cycle, we recommend a refill every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking full.
How do I care for my lash extensions?+
Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours, avoid oil-based products, and don't rub your eyes. Gently brush them daily with the spoolie provided.
Do I need a new set or can I get a refill?+
As long as you still have enough extensions left (within about 3 weeks), you can book a refill. After that we recommend a new set for the best result.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?+
Of course. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email, and we'll happily reschedule you.
How do I make an appointment?+
Easily online via our website: choose a treatment, date and time. You'll receive a confirmation by email right away.
Where are you located?+
You'll find us at Promenadeplein 111 in Zoetermeer, central in the Stadshart. There's plenty of parking nearby.
